He Fell Into His Greatest Creation

I actually wanted to make this into a comic ... but I think I wouldn't survive it X'D

SOOOO! Yep! Here I am! telling you how I think/how my Gaster bit the dust ... to an extend :3


We all know that Gaster was the royal scientist and that he made the core, right? Well, most people think or say that he fell into the core, which is very can be called Gaster's greatest creation, as it powers the ENTIRE Underground. Pretty big and important thing, right? Well ... I think he fell into something else.

That something was a time machine. Or rather Time-Space Machine.

Wuat?! Time machine?! What'chu talkin' abuu?!

Well, as the royal scientist, gaster propably got the order to find a way out of the Underground, cuz of the barrier and stuff. Besides giving the Underground power that misson was his top priority.

He examine the barrier and found out that 7 human souls and one monster soul were able to break it ... but the chances on a human coming to the underground was nearly 0; Chara was a surprise and Asgore and Toriel would've never sacrified that child, not even to cross the barrier. So he tried to find a faster solution.

And that was? Trying to turn back time before the barrier was made, before the war maybe even, and change time.

Sure, he and many others would've lost what they might've found in the Underground; love, companionship, family ... but for monsterkind that was another way.

He was going steady with his research; dark, darker, yet darker was the void he could see in with the prototype, he wasn't able to see anything on the other side yet and kept experimenting, he even showed his sons the prototype.

And then ... one day ... Gaster showed Sans the first Version of the finished Machine. But ... due to an accident Gaster fell into his 'greatest creation'; Sans accidentally turned on the machine and since it was still unstable it sucked Gaster in.

Sans tried pulling Gaster out again, but it was too late and Gaster let himself fall into the void. When Gaster disappeared the machine exploded, right when Papyrus wanted to check on them; the explosion and energy wave though made everybody forget about Gaster ever existing (Since Gaster fell into a machine that was used to control time and space it's just kind logic that something like that might've happened) and Sans giving the ability to dream of other Timeline's or being aware of them; he is also the only one who remembers Gaster.

After this inccident Sans decided to move with Papyrus to Snowdin; as they were living with gaster in hotland previously; tell Asgore he needed a new royal scientist and ... trying to fix the machine and get Gaster back out of the void. (That's my connection to the blueprints and the strange machine in Sans' garage-lab)

Of course Gaster somehow survived all of that, but he payed a cost. His body was wounded ... but also was his mind ... .


So yeah ... 'hope nobody wants my head for my headcanon :3

... and I also hope you like the pic to that headcanon. Like I said, I'm sorry that I couldn't make a Comic out of this, it would've been way too much work for little me X'D
